Dear Valuers,
SBI anounced intrim list of empanled valuers. Out of approximately more than 350 valuers there were many valuers, not yet appeared in the list.
No Communication has intiated with valuers yet from bank. It is very much shoking and surprising for valuers of Maharasthra that SBI done such intrim list business and instructed valuers not to take up assingment till the time they get confirmation about renewal of there empanelement.
Any suggestions for valuers what they should do in such situations are most welecome.

Dear Valuers,
The great Chairman of Chennai Branch and his faithful National President under the guise of representing the interests of all the valuers confuse the whole issue and ultimately leading to the fatality of the professional valuers.
This is for the information of all if not already known!
Regards

Dear friends,
Please make it a point that no unauthorised individual of any post occupied can represent your interest.ONLY the persons authorised in AGM and again they should be individuals from various parts of the nation and from various deciplines or categories should represent your interest and empowered to talk to any official in any BANK and what is transpired between them and the Bank officials should be minuted/ recorded and passed for approval in AGM
IF THE ABOVE SOUNDS GOOD, PL. SUPPORT MY VIEWS and else continue to suffer as usual!
Regards,

Dear friends,
Any Chairman or President or any EXECUTOR COMMITEE MEMBER visits any Bank official even on personal counts, It should be brought to the notice of all the members , recorded and passed by a quorum of the members from various segments.
THESE GUYS ARE ONLY ELECTED TO SERVE YOU AND NOT TO BOSS OVER YOU!
PL. UNDERSTAND THIS OR ELSE UNDERSTAND your self respect and right as a member!
REGARDS
T D Suresh Babu

Dear friends,
I whole heartedly support the wise moves of the IOV MUMBAI and my wishes are for the chairman who obviously had drafted the letter after professional consultation with other members and had been transparent in his dealings in presenting the interests of his brethren in the right way and in the right perspective. He is NOT ENFORCING THE SELFISH treacherous ideas and misrepresenting the interests of all the members to the BANKER clients and remaining totally not transparent and behave like a HITLER as in the case of the chairman CHENNAI branch!
PL. for the benefit of the members of Chennai Branch " know how other branches of IOV in India function! "
My friends in the other parts of the nation should also make it a point that the CHAIRMAN OF CHENNAI SHOULD NOT misrepresent the interests of the valuers brethern of the whole of INDIA and he may order the President to act ONLY FOR HIS SELFISH INTERESTS.
Regards

I am firmly of the opinion that the age limit CANNOT BE arbitrarily fixed by any BANK when the IBA HAND BOOK has not specified.
When the valuers start their profession around 45 after the minimum number of years of experience specified for registration and stabilizes at 52 we are narrowing down the active professional age and makes the valuer to adopt the attitude of "EARN THE MAXIMUM WHEN THE WIND BLOWS" which is the logic and the mantra of the chairman of Chennai.
He talks his ideas and aspirations as the representation for the valuers and KEEPS KILLING the profession.
