2009 BMR HOUSING MARKET OUTLOOK + LOCATION ANALYSIS
Housing Market is 70% up of the total value of the property market. Thus its change of demand and supply impact the market. Agency for Real Estate Affairs proud to present the survey data base which can clearily the market situation. With all the importants function; the launching of real estate projects, sales situations of 1,300 housing projects in Bangkok, and house price changes in 78 locations and for 6 types of properties and 8 price ranges.
