The CPWD Cost Indices of nearly all major towns are given here. If your place is not in the list, consider the place nearest to you not exceeding 100kms. If the cost index of a particular year is not available, you can co-relate the cost index of the place with Delhi whose cost indices for all the years are given. Check the percent of available cost index of your place above or below to Delhi cost index. Now choose the cost index of the required year from Delhi cost index. Modify the same in the same proportion above or below of the compared cost index. The resultant cost index of your place is approximately 10% here or there.
