BRIEF PROFILE –
Having completed B.E. Civil in 1985, joined SOMDUTT BUILERS PVT. LTD. In Delhi as Junior Site Engineer on Govt. of India & Denmark collaborative project site of - WASTE TO ENERGY PLANT for 1 year. Gained thorough exposure of all RCC & Slipform construction techniques. Then worked independently as consultant architect & engineer in BHILAI (Chhattisgarh) for 2 years. Thereafter, shifted to Ghaziabad (DELHI – NCR) from 1988 onwards and established own firm by the name of ATUL & ASSOCIATES working as consultant architect, structural engineer and valuer. Now have a rich experience of more than 25 years in the profession as valuer, architectural & structural consultant.
Working as a Govt. approved & bank empanelled valuer since last 20 years, having successfully completed more than 5000 valuation assignments. As architectural & structural consultant, have successfully designed & completed several Engg. College & Dental College projects, many School buildings, several Industrial & commercial project works.
Was actively involved in the West UP Branch of IOV since last 18 years, as also Ghaziabad Local Centre branch of IEI, as executive member. Was the Convenor BOS (election officer) for IEI Ghaziabad in 2012. Presently serving as Hony. Secy of West UP Branch Ghaziabad since past 6 years, having more than 350 members. Active member in ALL INDIA CORE COMMITTEE of ENGINEERS GROUP for approval of ENGINEERS BILL & other profession issues. Have successfully conducted 5 annual seminars, numerous other local seminars & lectures, benefitting all members & public. Have attended many annual VALUATION CONGRESS & workshops.
