Chairman should be a" nursery school teacher" AND NOT A CEO! ---From A School Principal's speech at a graduation.. He said : "The Doctor wants his child to become a doctor......... The Engineer wants his child to become an engineer...... The Businessman wants his ward to become CEO...... BUT a teacher also wants his child to become one of them, as well..!!!! Nobody wants to become a teacher BY CHOICE" .... Very sad but that's the truth......!!! The dinner guests were sitting around the table discussing life. One man, a CEO, decided to explain the problem with education. He argued, "What's a kid going to learn from someone who decided his best option in life was to become a teacher?" To stress his point he said to another guest; "You're a teacher, Bonnie. Be honest. What do you make?" Teacher Bonnie, who had a reputation for honesty and frankness replied, "You want to know what I make? (She paused for a second, then began...) "Well, I make kids work harder than they ever thought they could. I make a C+ feel like the Congressional Medal of Honor winner. I make kids sit through 40 minutes of class time when their parents can't make them sit for 5 min. without an I- Pod, Game Cube or movie rental. You want to know what I make? (She paused again and looked at each and every person at the table) I make kids wonder. I make them question. I make them apologize and mean it. I make them have respect and take responsibility for their actions. I teach them how to write and then I make them write. Keyboarding isn't everything. I make them read, read, read. I make them show all their work in math. They use their God given brain, not the man-made calculator. I make my students from other countries learn everything they need to know about English while preserving their unique cultural identity. I make my classroom a place where all my students feel safe. Finally, I make them understand that if they use the gifts they were given, work hard, and follow their hearts, they can succeed in life ( Bonnie paused one last time and then continued.) Then, when people try to judge me by what I make, with me knowing money isn't everything, I can hold my head up high and pay no attention because they are ignorant. You want to know what I make. I MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN ALL YOUR LIVES, EDUCATING KIDS AND PREPARING THEM TO BECOME CEO's, AND DOCTORS AND ENGINEERS.......... What do you make Mr. CEO? His jaw dropped; he went silent. IF THE ABOVE WORDS DO NOT CHANGE THE OUTLOOK LET GOD SAVE THEE! dear IOVians! Regards

Dear Friends,

How can you believe a person who  tunes himself as your keen competitor as your leader or a " CHAIRMAN" and sincerly start worshipping him as the " GODMAN" to represent your interests and help you? Is it not illogical and a great expectation?!?!?

A Gandhi , a single man became the father of nation and Indians worship him only after his death and most of them were followers of Britishers just out of fear and/ or avoid to face some discomforts!?

We talk of lot about "SELF RESPECT" and which we actually do not have. We tolerate all the harsh words of the leader like " AFTER ALL A CHEMICAL ENGINEER OR AFTER ALL a MECHANICAL ENGINEER"  that is from a muff who failed several attempts in his engineering degree and ultimately ended up as your WORSHIPFUL(L) leader.

No doubt we celebrate "VALUERS DAY" on the MAHATMA GANDHI"S birth day!

Regards

Thank you very much. To those who religiously attend the monthly meetings and seminars here is a story: A little boy was waiting by road side for his mother to come out of the store. A man approached him and asked, "Child, can you tell me where the Post Office is?" The boy said, "Sure. You go straight down this street a couple of blocks and turn to your right." The man thanked the boy and told him, "I am the new pastor in town. I would like you to come to the Church on Sunday. I will show you how to get to the Heaven." The boy said with a chuckle, "Awww... Come on. You don't even know the way to Post Office!" I am a small little boy. Regards T D Suresh babu

Dear friends,

I am a fan of Einstein and not the local chairman  and I am proud of it to say though no one is willing to join me:

Do your work yourself

All the evils in IOV to be eradicated.

To all those who religiously go to the monthly meetings and seminars as instructed by the BELOVED priest the local CHAIRMAN: The practical demonstration given in the incident below illustrates what is relevant for everyone. *Once a group of 50 people was attending a seminar. Suddenly the speaker stopped and started giving each one a balloon. *Each one was asked to write his/her name on it using a marker pen. *Then all the balloons were collected and put in another room. Now these delegates were let in that room and asked to find the balloon which had their name written, within 5 minutes. *Everyone was frantically searching for their name, colliding with each other, pushing around others and there was utter chaos. *At the end of 5 minutes no one could find their own balloon. *Now each one was asked to randomly select a balloon and give it to the person whose name was written on it. *Within minutes everyone had their own balloon. *The speaker began--- This is exactly what's happening in our lives. Everyone is frantically looking for happiness all around, not knowing where it is. Our happiness lies in the happiness of other people... Give Everyone their happiness and you will get your own happiness AND THIS IS THE PURPOSE OF HUMAN LIFE. IS THIS NOT WHAT WE ARE ALL LOOKING FOR? Understand if you can! Regards

An Open letter to Shri.R.S.Baabu" The Most powerful and the MOST WORSHIPPED CHAIRMAN"

Kindly go through the following which is shown even in TV advertisement:

COOKIE THIEF

A woman was waiting for her flight at the airport and in order to pass time, she bought a book and a bag of cookies.

As she was engrossed in her book, she noticed a man take out a cookie from her bag kept on the seat in between them. This, of course, made her furious.

As she took a cookie, he too took a cookie. This went on until only one cookie was left in the bag. Now, she wondered what this cookie thief would do.

With a smile on his face and a nervous laugh, he took the last cookie and broke it into two. He offered one half to her and ate the other half. She snatched the halved cookie from this rude man and fumed about his audacity.

When her flight was called, she indignantly got up and boarded her plane without even looking back at this thieving ingrate. And, as she sank down on her seat and reached into her hand-bag to pull out her book, she was aghast to find her bag of cookies therein. She, then, realised that all those cookies that she ate with that man were from his bag and it was she who was the cookie thief!

How many times in our lives, have we been absolutely certain about something only to discover later that we were incorrect? Many of our beliefs are based not on the whole picture but only on some pieces of information. Instead of researching an issue and deriving a logical conclusion, we see some "facts" and jump to a conclusion. We assume that certain things are true and build our belief system on these assumptions.

SUMMARY: NEVER ASSUME THAT THINGS ARE THE WAY THEY APPEAR ON THE SURFACE. ALWAYS CHECK OUT THE FACTS AND NEVER JUMP TO A CONCLUSION. MANY SERIOUS WORLD PROBLEMS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF PEOPLE WOULD HAVE VERIFIED THE FACTS BEFORE THEY MADE THEIR DECISIONS.

PL.FOR GOD"S SAKE UNDERSTAND THAT HOW YOUR FOOLISH PERCEPTIONS AFFECTS THE WHOLE PROFESSION"WHEN YOU PREACH WHAT YOU THINK IS CORRECT"

Regards,

T D Suresh Babu

Dear Sri.RS. Baabu again,

I do not know the reason that you do not care about my open writings and IT DOES NOT DEFINITELY MEAN THAT YOU ARE ALWAYS RIGHT AND YOU HAVE THE SUPPORT OF RIGHT PEOPLE.

Another story for the CHAIRMAN SRI.RS.BAABU, SMART GAME - GOLD OR SILVER? Once, there lived a great mathematician in a village outside Ujjain, who was often consulted by even the local King on the matters of finance. His reputation had spread as far as Taxila in the North and Kanchi in the South. So, it hurt him very much when the village headman once told him, "You may be a great mathematician who advises the King, but your son does not know even the value of gold and silver." On returning home, he asked his son what is more valuable, gold or silver? His son replied, "Gold." "That's correct." the father told, "Why is it then that the villageman makes fun of me claiming that you don't know even the value of gold and silver?" The son explained, "Father, everyday on my way to school, the villageman calls me to his house. There, in front of all the village elders, he holds a gold coin in one hand and a silver coin in the other and asks me to pick the more valuable one. Everyday, I pick the silver coin. The villageman laughs and mocks me. The village elders jeer and everyone makes fun of me. And then, I go to school. This happens everyday. That's why they tell you that I don't know the value of gold and silver. " Father was confused and asked the son, "Son, if you know that gold is more valuable, why don't you pick the gold coin?" In response, the son went to his room and returned with a box. When he opened that box, the father saw that it was full of silver coins. Then, the son told, "I don't pick the gold coin because, the day I do so, the game would be over. They would stop having fun and I would stop making money!" MESSAGE: Sometimes, in life, we have to play the fool, because our seniors and our peers and sometimes, even our juniors like it. That does not mean that we lose the game of life. It only means allowing others to win in one arena of the game while we win in the other arena of the game. We have just to choose which arena matters to us and which arenas do not. Yes. I am the small boy and let you be the great Villageman from Dindugal!,Who thinks that you only know that Gold is more valuable than silver!

Dear friends, I do not know the reason why you keep quiet when someone says that whatever you do  IS ALL WRONG AND RUBBISH and acclaims that HE IS THE HIGH COMMAND controlling the activities of the President. The removal of this HIGH COMMAND will remove the shackles of growth for the entire valuation professionals in the whole of the nation. Pl. read this. HE PLAYS with your goodness of open mindedness. MISTAKEs: Illusion to Vision? Awareness in mistakes or even calamities, & application of creativity (reflection) in it, resulted into many great discoveries/ inventions: penicillin, steam engine, asprin for dissolving blood clot, potato chips, toast, west Indies, chocolate chip cookies, the Cardiac Pace-Maker, microwave ovens, X-ray photography, ink-jet printers, Post-It Notes, silly putty etc …. Thus, view mistakes as: The stepping stones to lead change Tool to chip off barriers in relationships Telescope & Microscope to see the realities in the circumstances That which exercises our patience to develop resilience The tool to tap into your potentials The best teacher: a source of new ideas & helps to reflect, realise, relive Gateway to life lesson’s & more opportunities Tools to break pre-conceived notions opening new avenues for growth They do not define you but how you use it to design the life further is imp A springboard for change stimulating creativity… And many more The time, energy, attention & resources were spent not on complaining but on contemplating on the possibilities and thus the positive results When life throws lemons at them, they make lemonade. When they got sour apples, they made applesauce and apple pies. When you regard your mistakes as failures, you will fail to progress towards your potential. Instead, start to look at your mistakes as new opportunities for growth. Mistakes lead to breakthroughs & thus, don’t let your fear of making mistakes, or regrets over past ones, keep you from accomplishing what you want in life. Most are conditioned that making mistakes is almost a sin and thus they back out and live a mediocre life. When you live to impress and not express, you either aggress or depress! Don’t tolerate but celebrate making a few mistakes- contemplate Don’t breakdown but search for breakthroughs…. and be happy. The positive side of you I PRAY SHOULD WORK. Regards, T D SURESH BABU
