Format of Valuation report under ‘‘Policy, Standards & Procedures for Real Estate Valuation by Banks (Indian Banks Association) and HFIs in India’ which will be effective from 1st April 2010.

can you please throw more light whether is this a interim format or final?

also, will this format be mandatorily adopted by all the members of the IBA, or is the decision left on each member bank?
